Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Amendments to bookings will be possible within due notification according to the cancellation policy.
   2. There is a five-minute complimentary wait time for pre-booked trips not originating at any airports
      after which there will be a $1 per minute charge added to the regular fare quoted.
   3. Unless there is prior contact from the passengers, the driver will wait for pre-booked trips not
      originating at any airports up to 20 min after the booked time after which the full rate applies.
   4. Pickups between 12 midnight and 0500 am, public holidays and major events will incur a 20% surcharge.
   5. Melbourne Airport pickups/ drop-offs are subject to change in prices at the rate of 30% of full rate for each hour when there are airline delays of more than 1hr. Changes in flight details without notice or no shows are charged the full rate.
   6. Any extra work done outside of what is quoted, including extra stops and detours will be subject to change in prices.
   7. 20 % non-refundable deposit via EFT ($0 fees) or credit card (3.5% fee) must be received for invoiced work.
   8. Full payment of remaining balance must be received within 21 days of final invoice via EFT.
   9. You authorize us to charge all moneys due and payable to us under a Hire Agreement/ Work Order to your credit card and/or charge account.
   10. If you fail to pay any money due under or in connection with this Hire Agreement within 30 days of the date by which you were required to pay the money:

   10.1.
   You must also pay to us interest at 25% per annum (compounded daily) on the money due from the expiry of the date on which you were required to pay the money.
   10.2.
   Pay to us on demand all money outstanding under this Hire Agreement and all other costs and expenses including without limitation legal costs and expenses that we have incurred on a full indemnity basis.

   11. You acknowledge and accept that all charges and money paid to us may be charged through Premier Chauffeur Drive or any other undisclosed agent nominated.
   12. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations to bookings will be charged at our discretion of 50% within 48 hours of notification and the full rate if cancelled within 24 hrs. No shows or incorrect details will be charged at the full rate.
   13. Vehicles types are subject to change without notice and will be replaced with similar standard as to what is quoted.
   14. We reserve the right to waive any or all terms and conditions.

   OUR LIABILITY

   (a)We are not liable for any person, and you indemnify us, for any loss of, or damage to, any property:
   (i)Stolen from the vehicle or otherwise lost during the Hire Period; or
   (ii)Left in the Vehicle before, during and after hire.
